Affinity CRM

Our proprietary Affinity CRM System organizes your customers and identifies them by loyalty frequency. So frequent customers can be sent more customized text messages to maximize profits. Less frequent customers can be sent more appealing offers with less frequency to reduce SMS costs and create greater efficiency. Think about grouping your customers into 4 groups and messaging them appropriately based on their buying habits. Remember, you are now tracking the buying habits of each customer individually so your push marketing efforts should be synced & personalized.

How Does the RewardKiosk Compare? There are simple & practical reasons SMS text messaging with its 95% read rate is the best medium to capture loyal customers and here’s why:

Twitter: 97% of all tweets are NOT read – if twitter is your only marketing strategy you are missing almost all of your potential audience.
Facebook: Only 16% of wall posts are seen by your fans, so unless you have found a magical way to message your likes it’s a poor gamble. Concord/Kannapolis/Afton Ridge have reported Facebook & SMS comparisons for over a year at a consistent average of 1 Facebook redemption to 28 SMS Text Redemptions.
App Push Alerts: As of July, only 60% of the US has a smartphone. Even less engage by downloading apps and less than that opt-in for push alerts. If an app is your only digital strategy – You might as well tell half of your customers that walk through your door to turnaround and leave. For example, it will take the SF App (only 50,000 downloads in 4 months) 2 years and 4 months to catch the 350,000 SF Mobile Subscribers we already have in the text program. That’s not even considering the growth of the texting program – we added 30,000 new subscribers last month.
Email: Have you looked at your open rate lately? 5%-25% is a successful email campaign compared to a 95% read rate of texting.
Paper Punch Cards: If you are only targeting the 65+ demographic – go for it!  Also consider how easy it is to counterfeit cards with a hole punch or stamp.
QR Code Loyalty: Only 10% of smart phones have a QR Code scanner. If you use anything with a QR Code you are missing 90% of all smartphone users – not very smart. lol
MMS: Still has a low deliverable rate based on phone & text message program compatibility
Long Code Texting – This low cost texting service is great for groups of 100 or less but sends only one text at a time. So if you have hundreds of subscribers, delivery can be delayed significantly, sometimes hours, days, as opposed to SMS which delivers 40,000 messages per second.
SpotOn – This email based loyalty system requires the scanning of a card and takes several minutes to sign up at check out. Then the user has to scan the card to check in or redeem. Doesn’t carrying around a card defeat the purpose of digital loyalty?
Cardigan – Another App based on a points rewards system. Customers prefer simplicity, like number of visits or cups rewards as opposed to a complex point scoring systems. Again, an App falls short to reach the other half of the country that does not have a smartphone.
Perka – An App that promises free texting, but when you call their corporate office you find out their texting isn’t free? Last we checked, they had a little over 10,000 downloads nationally on Android. Your local newspaper might have more subscribers.
App Loyalty Cards – We’ve been utilizing App Digital Punch Cards for years, and they do work. The main problem is employee and customer theft. Guests of questionable character take screen shots, share with friends, who then present to a cashier to redeem free yogurt. Or, an employee gives the unlock code out to friends. This is one of the reasons our loyalty is text message based and verified with a unique coupon code to be entered at the RewardPad. No Cheats.
