Is Apple trying to do too much, too fast? It’s a criticism the company has faced over the last few years, especially as it has moved to a schedule that sees new versions of iOS and OS X each and every calendar year.
And these aren’t small updates either. In 2013, Apple revamped iOS with iOS 7, giving it a brand-new look and feel. The company didn’t slow down with iOS 8, however, adding plenty of new features — including iCloud Drive, Continuity, Extensibility and Apple Pay — all major upgrades, and all in the same release.
