With the most recent iPhone models now a few weeks behind us, the rumour mill has moved inevitably on to the details of the next iteration.

According to a Bloomberg report, Apple is working on iPhones with larger displays – 4.7” and 5.5”, compared to the 4” iPhone 5S and 5C – using curved glass at the screen's corners.

The new models are also said to incorporate enhanced sensors, detecting the amount of pressure applied to a touch – so that heavy and light presses could be used as distinct inputs.

Sticking to Apple's usual roadmap for releases, the devices are due in the second half of next year.
